Been a customer of Lawn Doctor for several years and had them servicing 2 properties. I've been trying to get in touch with them to continue services on both properties for 2026 and it is impossible to get a response from them. Tried calling and got the ridiculous message that they can't get their voicemail issues sorted out so you need to email them. I have emailed twice, first time on 4/3 then again on 4/24. We have been customers of this branch of Lawn Doctor for 7 years. They have suddenly stopped showing up, do not answer the phone, have a voice mail box that isn't accepting messages and they aren't answering emails (despite their voicemail stating you can get a hold of them faster via email). I do not know what is going on, but it seems as if we must go to a new company due to the unacceptable and inadequate customer service.

Paid up front for 3 applications and only received 2. When I call his phone system it's not excepting voice messages. Been broken for 2 months now. When I email him he does not respond. I must of sent 10 emails and got no reply. So all I want is my estimated 130.00 bucks back. Seem fair correct. But I guess he doesn't want to give it back to me. I guess he thinks it's his.
