Chaz is always available to help us when we have technical problems. We couldn’t get the sound to work on our TV, we sent him a text, and within 5-10 minutes he had guided us through on how to fix the problem and we were up and running again. We’re so grateful for his quick and reliable service!

We had Launch System working on our equipment lately and the employee was Chaz. His knowledge of the Control 4 System allow him to integrate Cox and Apple TV as well as the volume control from the receiver. The integration provided a simplified approach for one controller. I had a problem with my iPhone and he will willing to provide assistance and in minutes it was fixed.
