Great service by the crew that came to the house. Hard working, communicative, and courteous. When I called to set the appointment with William, I communicated that it was a 2,000 gallon tank, it was excavated, and it was ready to go for the crew to come in, pop the lid, and pump the tank. I was told it would be $529 for the service. Great, i'll see your guys on the day of the appointment. After the service was complete, I was told the price is now $729, a $200 surcharge for pumping tanks over 1

I called them due to wet ground around the septic lid. They came out but did not address why the ground was wet. I called them back that afternoon and was told that they do not do that kind of work and would have some other company call me back. Never heard from anyone. They wasted my whole afternoon. The ground is still wet a week later and so I am trying to find someone else. All they wanted to do was empty the tank and they didn’t do that completely as they wanted more money to do that so I t
