Called in for carpet replacement, and twice now they have not shown up. The property I needed repair work for I don’t live at so I had to request time to get off work early only for them to not show up. When I have called in they have had to call the individual who would be assisting me but only for me to STILL call back in for them to say “I don’t know where they are at”.
