We attended Lars' Educate Before You Renovate workshop to get a better idea of what a design/build has to offer. I didn't know what to expect, and it was surprisingly informative. No hard sell, actually, not really any sell. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are specifically the people you'd be working with, and a really nice showroom that reminded me of Pirch. Even Owner/Boss Brandon was on hand, who made some good points about the option to hire a design/build instead of your own architect
