Scheduled a service for a Tuesday. Tuesday morning they messaged me asking if I would mind them switching it to Wednesday. I responded saying my lawn was getting high and I was worried it would rain so I prefer they didn't switch unless it was guaranteed they would service my lawn Wednesday. The response I got was yes, 100 percent they would come Wednesday. Wednesday at 4pm my lawn was still not serviced so I sent a message to ask if they were coming. An hour later still no response. Ben is an absolute joy to work with. His crew is so courteous and respectful too. They do an awesome job and are meticulous. I highly recommend them. I will always use this company for all my lighting. Wish I knew how to post a pic on here, my lights are beautiful.
