I initially reached out to this company because our usual lawn care provider was unavailable for a month and decided the one property was just to much with his limited availability. John was very responsive and came across as professional at first. I sent over a clear scope of work by text, and he said he’d drive by both properties to provide a quote. Please listen to the bad reviews - they aren't one offs. This company is not trust worthy and they will eventually ghost you after overcharging for horrible quality. Paid a high price for lawn cut and weeding - we were met with 100 excuses like they had the wrong equipment, they missed a mulch bed, etc. etc. They said they'd come back and fix it for free and they never showed up and never responded again. Of course, gladly took our money though.
