Light fixture installation, Electrical outlet & switch relocation

The first repair man did not do the simple check for a broken wire, instead recommended that they search in the attic and into walls. The next repair man found the problem in 2 minutes after removing the fixture something that the first person didn't bother doing. Like the second man said, "some people care and some don't ".Fortunately one of their repair men cared too bad it wasted a week to get to him.
