Stay as far away as you can from this company. Our project was big and had several hiccups, some were out of our control but my husband ended up managing this job because TWO of Landed’s project managers left or were fired. We still pulled through, and what really got me is that items that were supplied by us- 2 fans and around 10 recess lights- were included in my final bill. When I brought it up, the owner said it had been a year so I could basically not get a refund. I guess there’s no timel

The landscaping plan is spectacular and the crews that do the work (installation and maintenance) are really great. After the installation of the new landscaping, however, the communication and follow-through from Landed were awful, despite having paid for their top maintenance plan. Similarly, attempts to communicate our concerns with the owner and customer service manager were met with silence.

I hired Landed several years ago for lawn service and landscaping and i am beyond impressed with the work they provided. A very diligent and consciences team that executes timely and professionally . My yard looks fantastic. I highly recommend Philip
