Lance is a very honest and dependable person. He did roof cleaning of our house and he went far and beyond of his intended normal work.Our roof looks amazing and very clean. I will recommend him to friends and relatives .

Lance did a great job cleaning our over head patio cover (no small feat!), power washing and roof cleaning. He was timely and communicative. Helped remove furniture and place it back. Fair pricing too! I’d highly recommend him!
