I give two stars instead of one because the tech that came out was great. I have a sanitary drain in the basement floor that likely needs replaced as it has either collapsed or has a significant clog. The drain needed to be scoped with a video snake to confirm the work that needs to be done, which is totally fine and understandable. They tried to unclog my drain from the tee to the street. Then tried a larger machine that broke. Then the city of lakewood cleared the clog at no charge. Call city first and save $690.00

We called to have them come look at a clog in bathroom tub drain and a basement drain. They attempted to unclog the bath drain but they told us the pipe was so built up and bad that it needed replaced. They gave us a price of $1800 to $2000 to replace the entire line that was clogged. They also said they would deduct the cost of “attempting” to unclog the line if we went with them. A couple days later they started but they only replaced a portion of the pipe where the corrosion was bad. However,
