I will not trust these guys for any work . Extremely unprofessional, the sales guy Martin showed up saying this is a family business etc ,he showed up first day without sharing the contract and poured the footing without waiting for inspection, after taking intial payment he did not show up neither his labor . I kept following up and he said next day next day family emergency. When I asked for refund he said we did half day work so consider that 3k as payment. I was ripped off stay ‼️

Lakeside Foundation showed up to give me an estimate. Told me they had a job that was canceled and they can start my job the next day. Showed up the next day and brought two guys from Home Depot which I realized something was off. Next day he promised to bring his professional guy. “The professional guy” showed up the next day. As I am an engineer myself and monitoring the job I realized the professional guy has no idea what he is doing. I try to reach out to Lakeside and they keep ignoring me.
