Bob and Sal are the best this is the absolute best company on Oakland County Bob fixed a difficult water issue for us. We are so thankful for this family owned business.

DO NOT use this company!! if i could give zero stars i would. I had them come out to look at a leak i had in my iron filter. they charged me 500$ to replace a part and within 1 hour of them leaving the part failed. i had to call no less than 5 times to get ahold of them and then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by coming back out to fix their mistake. then they proceeded to tell me i need a new tank that will be 2500$ AFTER they charged me 500 to replace a part that was completely

Lakeland has had my water softener for 3 months and still hasn’t brought it back. Every time I call, they say “we’ll call you back” and never do. Kathy at the front desk literally told me, “Do what you gotta do, I don’t know anything.” At this point, it feels like they basically took my softener and disappeared. Terrible service and zero communication. Avoid.
