Jon was my sales person for both of our jobs and was personable, never pressuring, offered suggestions or advice when asked. Would use him again, for sure. Dimitri and Josef replaced 3 sets of our windows, 1 set in an awkward place, with professionalism and politeness.

We'd worked with Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replace all the windows of our last house, so knew that we should contact them to replace an old aluminum sliding glass door and some blown windows in our current house. The main reason we will go with them again--besides the quality of what they stock--lies in their employees. Always really great folks, communicative and friendly, and extremely competent.
