Worst service experience ever! My parents called in to make an appointment on their windshield and the gentleman had scheduled them for this Sunday at 8 am. He had assured them that he had the windshield and they agreed on a price. My parents don't live in town so they had to drive a few hours to get here not to mention had to wait over 4 hours!!!! For this gentleman who didn't even bother to show up. There was no professionalism to reschedule or to at least update them when he would show up. He
