We moved into a home serviced by LNI back in 2019. They come twice a year to shut off for the winter and again flush and turn on the system. We’ve occasionally had them out for minor fixes, and never had an issue.
It is now the middle of may and Lake Norman Irrigation has still not come out to turn on and check my irrigation system . Recommend you find a different company for your irrigation systems.
