my Kid did a number on the toilet. lol. we tried to unclog the toilet with a plunger the best we could. we needed big guns!!! called him and he came over and handled it. will use him again in the future!!!! ... just hope we don't have to.

We returned to our park model for the 2021 winter season and discovered a leaky shut off valve under the kitchen sink. Received referral from our seasonal caretaker that Bob is very responsive and called leaving a message. Bob called and agreed to visit to assess problem and find a time to repair.
