Bought 2 rocker recliners, I thought needed the high base on one of them, turns out it was uncomfortable. Call them and ask if I could exchange for the low base. They took care of removing of one and installing the other it in a flash, And refunded me the extra money I paid for the high base. Great customer service, thanks so much to Michelle and Jim. Update 2 years later August 2025 and the seat cushions of these recliners have deteriorated. Stopped by Lazy Boy to see what could be done, unfor
