From the beginning, Kraus was thorough and patient in explaining all the various options for my condo which included integrated audio/video, lighting, comfort and motorized shade controls. Rion and his team were easy to work with and responsive to all my questions and came back as many times as needed to get the system working the way I wanted it to.
