Recently installed a screened porch from KR Ext. Kelvin did a great job. The project timeline stretched a bit due to weather and other reasons but once the work started, he moved quickly and finished efficiently. Good quality work. A couple of spots were damaged on the screen, but were replaced promptly. Overall, Kelvin made sure everything was taken care of properly in the end.

We hired this contractor (Kelvin) to build a deck and screened porch, and it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had. The project took 10 months to complete, which is completely unacceptable. He required 50% payment upfront, and after that, we received no response for nearly 5 months—no calls, no messages, nothing. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. Once the work finally started, there were constant delays, excuses, and misleading updates

No license, no permit, one year delay, shady subcontractors, so many lies. Update: Absolutely the worst contractor I ever dealt with. ONE YEAR after signing the contract for the portico, the structure was finally completed in February 2026 but we NEVER RECEIVED THE COUNTY PERMIT FOR IT! Even though both parties agreed to terminate the garage project and Kelvin said he'll refund us in full, he ended up keeping our deposit for the garage project to pay for the portico project without our permis
