We had a 22' saguaro with a dangerous tilt at the top of the main trunk, so I contacted the AZ Dept of Agriculture to see if it was safe and permitted to prune it. After receiving confirmation, I messaged Kevin about tackling the 6’ section that was leaning over. We were worried it might break off and hurt someone or make the entire saguaro collapse.
