Our back porch in Wilmette had this weird bounce to it every time you walked across, like the joists were just done. Kowal replaced the whole substructure and now it feels solid even when the kids run.
Old deck was literally sinking on one side, boards were splitting everywhere. They tore it all out and built a new one that's level and solid. My dog doesn't trip on loose boards anymore which is the main thing.
My new deck looks absolutely stunning! The builder was professional, warked efficiently, and made suce evecy detail was pecfect. Now, I have a beautiful autdoor space to enjoy all year round.
