Our daughter called & asked if she could get Kolovitz Movers to unload a truck she was bringing to a storage unit in Forest Park. She was told, "Whadda ya think, I got guys standing around here waiting for you?" A simple "No." Would have sufficed. I'm pretty sure Frank & Elaine would have been appalled.
