We were impressed by the owner who came and did our consultation and estimate. The price was fair, but what sold us was his honesty. He did not try to over sell with a radiant barrier, which all the other companies tried. He was honest of what our expectations should be regarding energy cost savings with a house with solar. The day of insulation was easy. They arrived on time and were done within 2 hours. No mess or disruption to us.

The estimator came out, his attitude was not pleasant and he liked to talk over me. Hired a local company at a way better price with out corporate overhead🤗 …

Working with Koala was a great experience from beginning to end. Amanda in sales was knowledgeable and helpful and extremely pleasant. The service was scheduled quickly, the guy's showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Anthony was great to work with, cleaned everything up and did a great job installing the insulation.

Great company to work with. They were very comparably priced against other companies, but what led me to using them was their great reviews on Google. Andrew was very attentive and came out to measure the project ahead of install date and answered any and all of our questions. The crew that came out to spray foam, and blow in the insulation was professional and very speedy. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. A+ job!

Trying to reach someone at this company is next to impossible! I had them do my insulation and need warranty work done on my solar exhaust but no luck! Be careful if you are thinking of hiring them . They can not return any calls more less hear about my warranty needs!!
