Contracted with Koala on a Rehab project of ours and from the sales process through the installation there was a high level a of professionalism and great communication getting the work scheduled and completed. Install crew walked me through the process and what we were getting and kept the area organized and cleaned throughout. Pricing was competitive as well. Will definitely use again for our next project.

I used Koala to put additional blown cellulose insulation in my attic. I got 3 bids. Pricing was competitive, they were the middle of the 3 quotes. I chose Koala based on schedule, payment terms, technical criteria and professionalism of their staff. They provided before and after pictures and installed depth markers. Project was completed on schedule and I am happy with their work.
