Matt and Alex are super polite and friendly, they did a wonderful job! My house was built in the late 50s', they cleaned up the old insulation in the attic, sealed all the gaps (some are huge) and replaced with new ones. Everything went great without any hiccups, highly recommended!

My spouse and I got a quote from this company to bring our insulation up to code, as the insulation settled in the year after the home was built. We got the estimate and my husband put a 2k deposit with koala. The builder of our house decided to have the original contractor come back to do the work, since it was still covered. At beginning of this year, They took my advance 50% payment at quote day. Then they scheduled twice. Every time they schedule, they forced me to clean the house snow stuck. But they did not appear. Then they promised to refund. Since almost end of the year, nothing refunded! I have receipt of advance payment.
