Koala did an amazing job spraying insulation under my house. They were on time and completed the work on time. They also followed my instructions on plumbing areas that I did not want the spray foam on. Plus they were the best on price and I got a bunch of estimates. I would highly recommend them.

Koala did a great job removing our old insulation and spraying in new insulation and installing solar attic fans. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up as they said they would. Very impressed! They were able to come give me a quote within 2 days and after accepting the proposal I was able to schedule my service for a week later. They are very flexible with scheduling and always on time. The removal and new blow in took 5 hours and very little was left for me to clean up. My house is quieter and is definitely retaining heat now😁. My heater kicks on maybe twice a night and that’s only if the temperature drops below freezing. Reasonable price for cellulose insulation. Honest people. Quick response times. Overall a good experience. I don’t think I got a report or proof of correct installation, but I asked the workers while they were here to show me pictures.

Definitely recommend working with these people. There was a miscommunication between the person who gave me an estimate to have some insulation blown into my attic and the installers. When the installers left, an area that was included in the estimate was left uninsulated. I left a message regarding the issue and was promptly contacted.
