I had a leak in my main water line coming into my house Logan the technician showed up right on time saw what the problem was and took care of it right away I'd would recommend him and Knockout Plumbing they took care of all my needs

Knockout Plumbing was very responsive and patient with my emergency service requested at 9pm. The person who answered the phones was extremely courteous and understanding of the situation. Getting same day service within 2 hours was pretty quick given that I live in San Tan Valley and it was late at night. The technician, Justin, was especially knowledgeable & explained a lot. Had to call for non emergent service. They were prompt and all have excellent communication. One of my favorite features was the an arrival text with a picture of the technician that was coming to my home. Jake was Very knowledgeable, thorough and took his time explaining the issue and process to repair it. His job was clean and complete within 48 hours!

Francisco Duran was great! Explained everything in a simple way to understand and also took the time to explain to my husband over the phone. It is hard to find people who care about the customer and Francisco was the best.

Knockout was extremely prompt. Came out the day I called for estimate on Friday and on Monday morning were at our home at 7:30 am to install a new tankless water heater, water softener system and reverse osmosis system. Kylan our technician was fantastic, very thorough, courtesy, continuous and clean. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
