I sincerely wonder if most of these reviews are fake. My partner was trying to get his house's basement permited as an ADU. Nick was hired to bring it up to code. Nick instructed me which paperwork to request from the county. Nick performed a "safety inspection" and redid a switch and an outlet and did some additional work and certified the property as good. Then I had it inspected by the county. It failed terribly! I had to hire a second electrician to come in to redo the work mentioned
