STAY AWAY!
After fireplace installation, Frank Rumsey failed to process paperwork of exempt capital improvements. After following up multiple times, Frank just didn’t pick up or return phone calls.
After escalating to his “manager” Jason Conklin, he disappeared just as fast and did not respond to vm or emails. Shame on you, gentlemen.
I spent a significant amount of time to reconcile KJB error and it cost me hundreds of $. Future customer be aware!!!
Very knowledgeable staff patient and explain things in detail.
KJB service staff needs to return phone calls. I understand that February is a busy time and therefore service appointments may be difficult to schedule. A return phone call by the service center goes a long way rather than leaving three voice messages and having no reply. If they cannot come due to demand, I get it but not returning calls is deplorable customer service.
