I bought a used rug that smelled so strongly of dog; I couldn't stand to have it in the house. It was extremely large and heavy and Kiwi picked it up and delivered it good as new. I'm so impressed. Now I'm moving out of state and trying to get all my rugs cleaned by Kiwi while I can. They're the most affordable and best quality that I've found in Austin. I can't get over that they pick up and deliver at no extra charge. So so happy to have found them!

I really liked the technology they used. It truly cleans, and it’s super fast drying, which I found very convenient! No strong odors from heavy chemical cleaners or anything like that. Very good services. The technician put extra attention to the biggest spots on the carpet.

I find this to be the most responsive and excellent carpet service I've ever had in the 37 years living in Austin. They did an amazing job with chairs that I thought I needed to toss. I also love the fact I get the same tech every time. Couldn't recommend more
