On March 13, My vehicle was damaged from shingles flying off the roof. I have left messages and got no call backs. MY property manager Kaylee at Casey acres says she doesn’t have the properties insurance information and corporate office won’t give it to her. My property manager tried to get me to take a cash offer from some random roofing company who she wanted to sign a contract with. I passed and again requested insurance information so I could file a claim with their insurance. I still do not

I don’t live there but there have been so many complain about Franklin Place Apartments. It was even on the news. They are slum lords. Raw sewage backing in people’s apartments still and they won’t fix anything. Horrible money hungry slumlords.
