I’ve waited a few months to post this in hopes that it would quit bothering me but it hasn’t. I had the displeasure of working with this company and the work was less than satisfactory for the pricing. I had to pay another guy to caulk parts of the bathroom tile work in. A few tiles are crooked, the edges look like an apprentice did them, the grout was not cleaned up off the tile correctly after they finished, and the owner came back to finish the job and had to pay my plumber 20$ to put a drain

I wish I could give zero stars. Kitchen & Bath Solutions, managed by Alex and Carlos, was a huge disappointment. They were dishonest, overcharged me, and the quality of work was terrible. The contractors they sent were unskilled and careless, and the management didn’t help at all. They ignored my concerns, and I ended up feeling frustrated and like I wasted a lot of money. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable company!

Kitchen & Bath Solutions (Carlos & Alex) and their team did a great job for us. The team was efficient and quick, they gave us a timeline and price point and they stuck to it.
