Pathetic. Ghosted by their salesman Clark. Went into the showroom to pick out tile samples and had to wait four days for them to come out for an estimate. And that was fine. What WASN’T fine is when Clark ghosted us after measuring and promising an estimate and ignoring our phone calls and messages we left with someone else in the showroom. Pitiful customer service.
