Garrett and Deandre installed two new 50 gallon tank water heaters for us. The previous ones were 16+ years old so we knew getting up there. They first tried to service them but became evident we needed new ones. They both exuded confidence and expertise and I’m glad they are now my go-to plumbers. Side note: needed a small/minor fix and they were able to get out the next day and get it taken care of. Highly recommend!

Called them for a bathtub drain issue that had been slowing down for months. The plumber used a camera tool to show what was stuck inside the pipe which was honestly pretty interesting to see. The blockage was removed much faster than expected and the tub drains completely now without strange noises afterward.

They installed a hot water heater in my house. The electric system they put in has failed now 3 times and each time they push it out a week for scheduling and leave me without hot water. They are doing this yet again and each time it has not been fixed yet they want me to pay hundreds of dollars every time they come out. Avoid this company at all costs.

This isn't Kirkwood Plumbing anymore. It is a Mr. Rooter shop (big bait and switch). Guy we had was excellent for sure, but they are forced to use set prices that are exorbitant for services received. Should have listened to neighbors and stuck with a local company. Make local great again.
