Very happy with my new windows, a year later! Right before last winter we did about 30 windows (2 floors + a basement laundry room window with vent) and a storm door. Initially I went in to their showroom on Centre Street in West Roxbury and chatted with Mellissa about our needs — she knows windows well! She was very patient in explaining the different window models and why or why not we should go with one vs. another. I felt she was thinking of my needs throughout rather than trying to sell
