This is absolutely one of the worst companies I've dealt with in many years. They drive through my front yard leaving a huge rut (which my security camera recorded) that I now have to pay someone to fix, then only want to argue with me on the phone about it, then have the nerve to charge me $125 just to tell me my hose is connected to my water softener. Horrible, absolutely horrible.

We recently bought an RO from King Pure Water, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our tech Landon could not have been more courteous or professional. Rebecca in the office was super nice and answered all my questions. If you need great water, call King Pure water!
