Jake has done two home inspections for us as we’ve been in the process of buying our first home and has been absolutely fantastic. He’s very thorough and timely. ASHI certified inspectors who have an office staff that answers the phone! That may seem trivial, but to me just being available is a big plus. Office staff was polite and professional. They got me an appointment within two days of calling. Jake was early and already on the roof when I arrived. He walked me through working the AC, furnace, and the electric cut off. He sent his report within two hours of the inspection. Thanks guys!
