Visited Kinetico for their semi-annual sale. The staff were very helpful and as always, knowledgeable about the filters and service needed. Brittany is a true professional, making sure that my softener and RO system are kept in tip top shape. Their Hilliard location is super convenient as well.

My Kinetico system was installed in 2019. It’s been a great investment. The location in Hilliard has been very convenient. Brittany, who works there is always friendly and knowledgeable. She makes sure to follow up on any Kinetico job jobs that she has assigned and make sure that tasks have been completed. It’s been great to have a location in Hilliard, Ohio that is easy to get to and super efficient.
