The repair man did come and seemed to fix everything and I give him a 5 star review. However, the repair man we had before him didn't pick up some things the last one did. Works as advertised. Much less salt usage. Quiet. I never worry about its reliability. Even though it was a bit more expensive than other similar machines, it’s always best to buy the best!!!
