Have had Kinetico softener at home for 8 years and it has NEVER done anything but work flawlessly. Just add salt and wash filter occasionally. Today I decided to have unit serviced for first time by Andrea Rabago with Kinetico. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Suggested I might not want to wait another 8 years before I have it serviced again! Will follow her advice. Great product- great people!
