I recommend Neil for general house inspection. He did a nice job inspecting the house and flagging issues; his report was useful and easy to follow. Neil did inspection himself, as a company owner, and took responsibility for his work (unlike "highly rated" companies, whose work varies widely dependent on the inspector).
