I had a couple skylights leaking, so Patrick came out to quote a repair. Turns out I had shingles under my metal roof, which made it a lot more complicated. I was up on the roof with Patrick, and the issues he pointed out on my roof were perfectly reasonable. The way the metal roof was installed was not good, because water could run under it and onto the older shingle roofing. I had him quote me for just the repair, and then another quote for a whole new roof. The cost of a new roof was low

Jon worked directly with my insurance company to maximize hail damage compensation. Tear off and installation of my new metal roof included facia board replacement and it all went well. Very happy with the results.
