We installed countertops through Costco, K.G. Stevens. The salesperson came to our home to show samples and at that time said the countertops included a free sink. We had already decided on either a Kohler or Kraus sink because we wanted top quality. He assured us it was a Kohler sink, 18 gauge and available in the layout we wanted so we went for it. This review is based off our latest experience with KG. We have ordered countertops thru them 5 times and the first 4 experiences were great. Everything went smoothly and we were happy with the results. Things were vastly different this time. Not sure if it’s a change in staff, or people just not caring as much, but we will never order counters thru them again and I would suggest that you find someone else for yours. They helped us navigate everything from start to finish and suggested things to us to make the project the most practical and cost effective rather than trying to upsell. They did countertops for our bar and bathroom in the basement and we would hire them again no doubt!
