Sometimes it's open, sometimes it's not. And I don't know if it's the owner who's there sometimes, but he's very unfriendly to the public, quite the opposite of the friendly guy who works there almost every day.

Keys were copied in under a minute. I was in and out with a completed transaction in under five minutes. Great service, great keys with some fun designs. Highly recommend for convenience and quality.

After a bad experience at Home Depot with duplicating keys (waiting in line for over 10 minutes at the machine; both machine and employee were confused about the right key template to use; got keys home and they didn't work), I went to Keymasters. They are professional, fast, knowledgable, and charged only half of what Home Depot did! Most importantly, the keys work. Highly recommend.
