I will not debate that Keystone is thorough with their Home Inspections but what does bother me is that he provides names of Contractors (plumber, electrician, etc) to contact in his inspection report. For an inspector to even suggest contractors to address issues raised would appear to be a “conflict of interest” at a minimum and boarder line “unethical” behavior for a supposedly un-biased, independent inspector.
