The staff here is very helpful and always pleasant to work with. Their prices are very fair and they obviously value their customers. In most cases they can help you without multiple trips to the store because they stock a lot of product on site, but if you're looking for something unusual or difficult to find they can probably get it for you. Update: still my go to place for locks, keys, hardware, etc. They remember me every time I come in and take the time to make sure I have everything I need
