Shady company. I spoke with the inspector to meet me at the property at a specific time which we both agreed to. Expecting him to arrive at said time I arrived 30min early to which my 30min early was him already finishing up. When i asked him to show me everything he found he said no and just check the report. Felt very shady and vague/hard to speak with. After obtaining the property I had issues with almost every appliance, found structural issues, island not built correctly all kinds of issues
