I lost my car key. I spent an hour looking for it, and then I called them and I had insurance from when I bought the car that if I lost the key they would pay for it and they worked with my insurance company to cover most of the cost. I wanted two keys and my Insurance Company would not pay for it so I paid cash for the second Key. They quickly ordered my key fob, which came overnight and the technician came the next day and programmed my car to work with the new Key. Everything went very smooth

Ok , here I go. I first called inquiring about work on a Body Control Module that I thought I needed, as my car started intermittently and the doors and hatch opened on their own.After speaking with Liz, she continued asking me questions and convinced me it was my key fob ( I was not 100% sure of this). So I paid for a new factory key fob and mobile service as my car would not start. The technician finished in10 minutes and it worked perfectly. Even the emergency door key was cut perfectly. Ev
