When my slop sink was not draining properly, I called Ken’s on Monday morning. By 11am, John and Heather showed up and immediately remediated the issue. Lorenzo and Joey installed a new kitchen pull-down faucet for us this week. In less than 1 hour, the old faucet was removed, the new one installed, and a faulty hot-water shutoff valve under the sink was replaced. The team was very professional and friendly. We also had 2 bathroom sink faucet cartridges replaced recently by Eli and his assistant. Again, they were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ken's service to any residential customer in our area.
